Stage Two: Routine Sterilization (7-10 days)
- Customer sends product to Centurion with a completed Process Request Form
- Product is received and placed in quarantine
- Product is processed in accordance with the procedure; biological indicators are placed; process occurs in 3 steps: preconditioning, sterilization, aeration
- Biological indicators are removed from the product and placed into testing
- Product is shipped to the customer while still in quarantine
- After the biological indicators have completed testing, the laboratory forwards release documentation to the customer
